By accessing or using Sooplaa (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Sooplaa is a social gaming platform designed for in-person use. It provides interactive games — including Truth or Drink, Wild Cards, and Quick Date — intended for gatherings, dates, and social environments. The Platform operates on a single-device model: one player opens Sooplaa on their phone, enters participant names, and all players take turns using the same device. Sooplaa is available as a mobile application on iOS and Android, and as a web application accessible through modern browsers. Features, content, and Platform functionality may change over time as the service evolves.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sooplaa. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. Certain content within the Platform, particularly at higher intensity levels (Spicy and Hot), may contain mature themes. Users are responsible for selecting content appropriate for their age, group, and setting. If you are under the age of 18, we recommend using the Platform under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

During gameplay, participants enter player names on the device. These names are stored locally on the device for the duration of the game session only and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
The Platform generates anonymous user IDs and device identifiers to operate gameplay functionality, maintain security, and support debugging. These identifiers do not constitute personally identifiable information and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sooplaa offers free core games accessible through both the web and mobile applications. Additional premium decks and exclusive content are available exclusively through the mobile application via a subscription.
Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, renewal, and cancellation terms are governed by the respective platform's policies. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your device's app store settings. We retain subscription status and purchase history as described in our Privacy Policy.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to games, artwork, text, graphics, designs, user interface elements, and underlying code, is the property of Sooplaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes the information we collect, how we process it, and how it is stored and protected. We do not store player names on our servers. We collect only anonymous identifiers (user IDs and device IDs), approximate location data, and subscription-related information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any active subscription will be governed by the cancellation policies of the applicable app store.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sooplaa operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable region, unless local laws grant you additional rights.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
